Statistics 101

In this course you will learn the skills that will help you understand and use the Mathematics you will meet in your everyday life. You will use your number skills to solve practical problems. You will engage your own sense of curiosity to ask and answer interesting questions about students in New Zealand and around the world. 

This course is designed for students who want to study Mathematics and Statistics in a course that is mostly internally assessed.

Students will need a scientific calculator.


Recommended Prior Learning

To be successful in this course you should be working at Curriculum Level 4P or above in your Year 10 Mathematics course.
