Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs O'Neil

Learning Through Movement (201)

Students are empowered to participate in physical activity and understand how this influences their own well-being and that of others. Students challenge themselves to develop their physical and interpersonal skills, and through reflection devise strategies to improve. They experience movement and understanding of methods of training, assist others to be physically active and participate in different physical activity contexts.

The skills taught in LTM class improve students’ performance, sharpen their knowledge of strategy and tactics, improve their fitness and help them to transfer knowledge from one context to another.
