This Science-based course combines horticultural theory with practice. It is best suited to students who have an interest in Horticulture. You will be learning about plant processes, weed growth and control, carrying out a practical investigation and looking at profitability and plant processes.

Carry out an investigation into an aspect of a New Zealand primary product or its production
