Course Description

Health, Outdoor Pursuits & Physical Education (HOP101)

An exciting new course which gives you a taster into each of the courses under the subject areas of Health and Physical Education. Are you unsure of what particular direction you’d like to go? Do you want more time to decide while being able to try out assessments in each area? This course will allow you to still have some outdoor pursuits and enable you to do some of the physical and health education assessments that are being done in solo classes at Level 1. This will be taught in projects where the assessment surrounds a context (the context being an Outdoor pursuit).

Optional Standards:
US 20210 Rock Climbing (1 credit)
US 425 Day Tramps (3 credits)
