The course approach is broadly based on concepts of evolution including human evolution. It is a general introduction to many everyday aspects of Biology. The connectedness and use of biological concepts is investigated.

Only students engaged in learning and achievement derived from Te Marautanga o Aotearoa are eligible to be awarded these subjects as part of the requirement for 14 credits in each of three subjects.
