Biology Level 2

This course involves study of the key concepts of Biology to enable students to choose further study pathways in this specialist area. 

Biology study includes Ecology, Genetics, Cell Processes, Bio Validity and Anatomy. The course is a prerequisite for L3 Biology and required for entry into University and Polytechnic Course pathways.

 This course will be assessed to a selection of Achievement Standards, both internal and external, with students having the opportunity to gain up to 21 credits at L2.
